My brother Sean asked his girlfriend Lori to marry him. He invited my mom, sister, and I to be there for the big event. It was Lori's birthday and we gathered with some of her family for dinner. I was nervous for Sean all through the meal! When he finally got up the courage to pop the question his voice was shaking and he was talking a little quietly so it took the rest of the family a minute to realize what was happening. Lori was truly surprised and we were all happy to be there to share in their big moment.
